What is Magi Monthly?

Magi Monthly is a subscription service with monthly digital and physical rewards created by me.

Monthly digital rewards include:
  • Monthly Illustration plus exclusive version
  • 4 sketches
  • 2 streams
  • Poll deciding next month's illustration
  • 20% discount on my print store
  • Access to secret shop (includes exclusive prints)
  • Time-lapse video of monthly illustration
Physical print of the monthly illustration can be included for an additional monthly charge. 

How much does it cost?

Magi Monthly is $5 USD per month. If you'd like a physical print mailed, it's an additional $25 USD for US-based subscribers or $30 for international subscribers. 

Due to high international shipping rates, prints will ship every 2 months for international subscribers.

When will I be charged?

Upon registration, you will be charged immediately for the current term and then the 1st for each future term. 

What is a term?

Terms refer to the month in which rewards are distributed. Each month is a new term and will be numbered in ascending order. For example, May 2021 is Term 19 while June 2021 is Term 20. 

What's the secret shop?

The secret shop is a Magi Monthly exclusive part of our print shop where we have previously released monthly prints and a small selection of more suggestive prints. 

Do you take requests or commissions?

I don't take requests but my commission information can be found here.

How do I cancel my membership?


  1. Visit this page and click Manage Subscriptions at the top left
  2. Enter your email and the OTP (One Time Passcode) sent to your email
  3. Click your subscription details and then Cancel Subscription at the very bottom.

Please note that you must cancel your subscription this way or you may continue to be charged. If you're unsure if your subscription was cancelled, feel free to email us with the email you subscribed and we'll take care of it for you!

How do I download terms?

1. Log into your account and visit your dashboard via this page.
2. Click "View Product"
3. Click the files to download. You can also right click and select "Save As".

Please note that terms are available to download on the 5th and expire on the last day of each month. You must download them before expiration as they do not remain in your account. 

How do I update my payment method?

  1. Visit this page
  2. Click Manage Subscription located top right
  3. Log in and click Payment Methods

How do I add or remove the monthly print from my subscription?

  1. Visit this page
  2. Click Manage Subscription located top right
  3. Log in and click your subscription information
  4. Click Edit Subscriptions
  5. Click Add Addons
  6. Choose either monthly print - US or monthly print - intl depending on whether you are based in the US or international

When and how often will I be charged?

You will be charged immediately upon registration and then on the 1st of each month for future months.

Yearly subscriptions will be charged annually at the beginning of the month you initially subscribed. For example, if you subscribed on May 15th 2020, your next billing date will be May 1st 2021. 

How do I get 20% off?

Visit this page to learn how to access your discount. Codes are updated on the 5th of each month, when rewards are distributed. 

Why does it say my membership is free?

Magi Monthly uses 2 different services for payments and hosting. Magi Monthly content is hosted on Podia while payments are handled via Chargebee so your membership will appear as "Free" on the Magi Monthly website even though you are paying for a monthly subscription. 

The "Billing" section doesn't have my payment information or any history of payments even though I've paid.

  1. Visit this page
  2. Click Manage Subscription located top right
  3. Log in and click Billing History to view history and download receipts

Shipping

When are prints shipped?

If you're located in the US:
Prints are generally shipped around the 15th of each month. If you subscribe after the 15th, prints will ship the last week of the month.

If you're located outside the US:
Prints are generally shipped around the 15th every 2 months. This means that you will receive your first shipment during your 2nd month being subscribed. This is to keep costs low for international subscribers.

Annual subscribers will receive prints following the timeline above.

How long does shipping take?

US addresses should take approximately 5-7 business days for delivery.
International addresses should take approximately 10-20 business days for delivery. 

Please note that due to COVID-19, shipments can experience delays of up to 2 - 3 weeks or even longer. 

My print arrived damaged. What do I do?

Unfortunately we don't have control over packages once prints have been shipped. We can replace damaged prints with no shipping charge if you'd like to combine it with your next shipment. Otherwise, there may be a small shipping charge if you'd like it shipped ASAP. Please email photos of the damaged packaging and print to help@magimonthly.com and we will try our best to assist you.

My shipment got lost. What do I do?

Unfortunately we don't have control over packages once prints have been shipped. We highly recommend contacting USPS to file a claim for missing/lost package here. Otherwise, we may be able to replace your print for a fee. Please email us at help@magimonthly.com and we will try our best to assist you.
